High School Announcements

Teachers and students: Please return all Library books TODAY!!!

Mrs. Saurenman will be out of the library tomorrow and Friday. Students will not be able to check out books and the computer lab will be closed. Only teachers and their classes may use the computer lab.

There will be an 8th Grade parent and student meeting in the PAC this Thursday night at 6:30. Mr. Laster and Mrs. Whiting will be discussing items involved in transitioning to High School.

The IBS Mission Team applications for 2018-2019 are available in both HS Offices. Students must turn in the completed signed applications by 3:30 on Friday.

All those participating in the NCS Talent Review next Tuesday need to meet in the PAC Monday afternoon at 3:30 for a final rehearsal. The lists are posted near the HS Office and on Ms. DeFrehn’s bulletin board.

Congratulations to the students who have been named to the Yearly Honor Roll and Yearly Achievement Roll by making the honor roll or achievement roll all three nine weeks of this year. A list of students who have made the Yearly Honor Roll and the Yearly Achievement Roll has been posted on the bulletin board outside the high school office. If you think your name has been omitted, please see Mr. Laster immediately.

The Northpoint 5K Color Splash Run is this Saturday, April 21st at 8:30 am. If you still plan to help with the race, please stop by the HS Office and confirm. Remember that the Grade with the most students registered to participate will receive a Kona Ice Party.

The NCS talent review will be held next Tuesday, April 24 at 7:00. Tickets are $5.00 and will be available at the door.

Seniors, beginning on April 23rd if you do not have money in your Cafeteria account, you will not be allowed to charge food purchases. Your balance must be paid by May 2nd.

Tryouts will be May 7th and 8th at 3:30 in the Band Room for those girls interested in trying out for Colorguard for the Fall.

Any 7th-11th Grade girl interested in playing Volleyball next year, please sign up in the High School Office.

There will be a meeting for next year’s Girl’s Golf Team on Tuesday, April 24th at 6:30pm at the clubhouse at Wedgewood Golf Course. This meeting is for all current team members and their parents and to any girl in grades 8-11 who may be interested in Girl’s Golf.
